Courts throughout The state charge a filing fee
by law to file and process documents through the court. Below is
a schedule of fees that the court charges. New York is among the
highest charging for court costs as attorneys are abundantly entrenched
here. If you are low income or receiving government benefits such
as food stamps, we can help you apply to have the fees waived in
your case. The People's Alternative charges you a nominal fee for
completing a fee waiver application. Bankruptcy or other action
fees in a federal court are set by the UNITED STATES. Some typical
